Hi! I'm Julie.
Freedom Architecture is for adventurous women who know they weren't meant to spend the next twenty years living the same year over and over again.
I help child-free women, empty nesters, and women entering a new chapter redesign lives that no longer fit so they can create more freedom, beauty, adventure, and choice.
For more than twenty-five years, I've been asking one question: What actually creates freedom?
Instead of following the conventional script, I decided to find out for myself.
I've spent years living and traveling aboard a sailboat and an RV. I built a home by hand on a remote island. I've traveled internationally on a modest budget, embraced minimalism, mastered international house sitting, and intentionally designed a low-overhead life that gives me more time, more flexibility, and more opportunities to explore this incredible world.
I've also spent most of my adult life as an entrepreneur, intentionally building work around the life I wanted to live instead of building my life around work. Writing, creating, helping people, launching businesses, and continually reinventing myself have taught me that there isn't one "right" way to earn a living. There are many ways, you just have to find the ones that fit you.
Everything I teach comes from lived experience. I've made expensive mistakes, taken risks that paid off and risks that didn't, and started over more than once. I've learned how to simplify instead of accumulate, how to create opportunities instead of waiting for them, and how to build a life that's rich in freedom rather than just obligations.
That's why I created Freedom Architecture.
It's the program I wish someone had handed me years ago. A practical roadmap for women who want to see the world, build meaningful work, live below their means without feeling deprived, travel confidently, stay healthy, avoid unnecessary debt, and create a life that's exciting enough that they don't feel like they're waiting for the "real" one to begin.
My philosophy is simple: the freest women I know spend less, own less, and wander more. I believe freedom isn't something you're lucky enough to stumble into. It's something you intentionally design.
If you've been quietly feeling called toward a bigger, more adventurous life, I'd be honored to help you build it.
